Cindy Payne

Cindy, founding partner of NorthStar Insurance Consulting Services (NICS) is thrilled to help companies and sales representatives achieve their highest potential. Her decades of experience as a top producer running a very successful agency and mentoring/coaching reps led her and one of her best friends and colleagues to form NICS. Helping others is her WHY in life.

Cindy is a Graduate of Newhouse at Syracuse University and still bleeds orange. She resides in Skaneateles NY with her husband Garry and has two children Matthew and Chloe. Giving back is also a priority of hers and some of her favorite charities are Elmcrest Children’s Center and Make a Wish of Central NY where she currently sits on the board.

Her interests outside of work include spending time with family, working on her golf game, traveling, and having fun on Skaneateles Lake when it’s not so cold.

Anita Carlevale

Anita, founding partner of NorthStar Insurance Consulting Services (NICS LLC) began a sales career in 1988 with a top 5 global insurance carrier. Her decades of experience and success as an Executive Sales Agent led Anita to form NICS LLC with one of her closest colleagues and long time friend.

Getting to know her clients on a personal level, helping them to achieve their professional goals and discovering what really motivates them to do so is what she finds most enjoyable and rewarding. She resides in Harrisburg, PA with her husband Rick.

They have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time on her pet farm with her rescue animals, trips to lake home with family, fishing, volunteering for animal rescue and antiquing. The true value of coaching success is measured in the ability to discover a client’s untapped talent from skills they didn’t see in themselves and taking them levels of success they didn’t know existed.
