Anita, founding partner of NorthStar Insurance Consulting Services (NICS LLC) began a sales career in 1988 with a top 5 global insurance carrier.  Her decades of experience and success as an Executive Sales Agent led Anita to form NICS LLC with one of her closest colleagues and long time friend. Getting to know her clients on a personal level, helping them to achieve their professional goals and discovering what really motivates them to do so is what she finds most enjoyable and rewarding. She resides in Harrisburg, PA. with her husband Rick. They have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time on her pet farm with her rescue animals, trips to her lake home with family, fishing and antiquing. The true value of coaching success is measured in the ability to discover a client’s untapped talent from skills they didn’t see in themselves and taking them levels of success they didn’t know existed.
